Preferred Options
An independent Inspector was appointed by the Secretary of State to examine the 'Soundness' of the submitted Statement of Community Involvement. The Inspector reported back to the Council on 5 July 2006 setting out binding changes to be made to the submitted Statement of Community Involvement.
